Supporting beautiful kenya
this June i visited Kenya to see all the good work that Jalia charity provides to the community and also managed to photograph some wildlife, landscapes and people of this truly rich and beautiful country.
Jalia works with partner organisations to identify children in need of sponsors. These include orphans, those in children's home, children with chronic conditions such as HIV and those who live in poverty. Universal education is not yet in place in Kenya and child sponsorship really can change the lives of the young people that they work with.
I popped into schools and small villages based around Nanyuki to meet the children who directly benefit from Jalia and its donors, and its really inspiring to see, without our help these children would face a life of poverty and hunger.
